Our Packages are structured as follows :
Consultation only - This is best for clients who do not wish to retain us for planning their day wishing to organise their own day but needing initial support to get started . This service is offered on an hourly basis although a series of sessions may be booked. During these sessions we can advise and guide you through the subjects such as - Venue selection, legality concerns, budgeting for your big day, etiquette, speeches and supplier Information.
2 hour minimum £70.00
Lace - This package suits couples who would like the primary aspects of your day taken care of, allowing you to take on the finer details…
Venue search, booking and liaising with venue for both ceremony and reception.
Booking of transport to and from ceremony to the reception for the bridal party.
Booking and coordination for bridal flowers and flowers for your marriage and reception. We will also coordinate the bridal flowers being delivered to the bride and bridesmaids, the button holes to the groom and all other flowers going to the right place at the right time.
Arranging consultation meetings with cake supplier and coordinate the delivery of the cake to your venue.
Advise on marriages/civil partnerships, for example notice of marriage.
Booking of a marquee if required.
Booking of wedding night accommodation for bride and groom.

Ivory - This package includes all of the aspects of the Lace Package plus the following services;
Arranging consultations with photographer and videographer, and showing them the venue if required.
Coordination of music for the ceremony and booking music/entertainment for the reception.
Arranging consultation with bespoke stationary suppliers.
Organising wedding insurance.
Gift list arrangement with local stores.
Booking accommodation for your guests.

Pearl - This includes all the benefits of both of the above plus we will be on hand during your celebrations to ensure everything goes without a hitch by :
Arranging the following;
Hair for bridal party
Make up for bridal party
Nails for the bride
Barbering services for the groom and bestman
Consultation for wedding rings, this will be in the comfort of your own home.
We will coordinate your RSVP’s.

Add on’s - Any of the following can be added onto any of the packages at an additional charge;
Arranging consultations with balloon suppliers and coordinating the set up at your reception venue.
Providing ideas on other table decorations, booking suppliers and coordinating delivery and set up.
Arranging a harpist to play at either your ceremony or reception venue.
Advice and providing table plans and place cards.
Advice and providing favours for wedding guests at the reception.
Booking appointments at wedding dress shops for the bridal party and aliasing with the groom for his wedding attire.
Booking coaches/other transport for your other guests.
We also supply a venue finding service for £250 this includes a FREE consultation regarding your wishes and we will supply venue details and arrange venue viewing plus the negotiation of your booking.
